Purchasing Clerk

Highly specialized electronics manufactring company in Manchester is seeking a full time Purchasing Clerk!

Duties will include:

Greeting and directing visitors and answering incoming calls Generating quotes and sourcing components Sending and confirming quotes/orders Purchasing supplies for orders and general shop usage Facilitating 3rd party items and services required for production Handling and reviewing customer schematics Transferring/updating customer documents into computer system Performing inventory counts Checking-in incoming shipments Notifying customers of component shortages/obsolescence conversing with customer's engineers to locate alternate components Updating/managing production schedule Digitizing documentation Filling out and submitting compliance paperwork Occasional assistance with production Qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat, have a good attention to detail, and at least 2 years of purchasing/inventory experience in a manufacturing setting. for immediate consideration!

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
