12+ Months Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Python Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and leading scalable backend and enterprise application development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python development, API integration, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions while leading technical teams in Agile environments. Key responsibilities include designing technical solutions, leading development teams, reviewing code, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications. The candidate should have strong experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with expertise in REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD practices. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), DevOps tools, data processing, automation, and integration with enterprise systems is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills are required.
