Precision Tools•Cuyahoga Falls, OH 3 rd Shift (11:00pm•7:00am) | Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Overtime as Needed About the Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for our 3rd shift to perform visual and dimensional inspection of precision cutting tools in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role ensures our products meet strict quality standards while supporting a safe, lean, and team-focused culture. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Inspect tools using calibrated measuring equipment to verify dimensional and geometric specifications Perform visual inspections to identify chips, cracks, voids, and surface defects Record inspection results and enter data into company systems Assist with calibration, materials testing, and corrective action activities Support continuous improvement and help train associates on inspection methods Clean, prepare, and package inspected product for shipment What You Bring High school diploma or GED (Required) Manufacturing or quality inspection experience with strong attention to detail and precision visual inspection skills (Preferred) Experience using micrometers, calipers, or optical comparators (Preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision visual inspection Basic computer skills and familiarity with metric and decimal measurements Why Join Us At Kyocera SGS Precision Tools we Value our associates by offering competitive compensation a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to : 401(k) with company match 10 holidays Paid Vacation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance active on 31st day of employment.
