Job Summary:
Ensures the final product meets Nextlink's quality standards. This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of inspection activities, identification of issues, and communication of findings to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Essential Functions:

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Import and manage data for departmental use

  • Conduct daily dispatch checks for assigned areas

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Experience working in
Excel, Word and Outlook Job Classification:
Field Operations -
QSE Non-Exempt Work Environment/Hazards:
  • Combination of office and field environments
  • Exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, precipitation, and wind
  • May be in proximity to active job sites, heavy equipment, and moving vehicles
  • High noise levels in certain environments
  • Use of PPE as required
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (8-10 hours)
  • Frequent movement between work locations or job sites
  • Ability to transport and handle equipment as needed
Working Hours/Days:
  • Monday through Friday
  • Full Time (minimum 40 hours)
  • Flexible schedule with option for 4-day workweek based on business needs
  • Overtime as needed
  • On-call rotation required
Travel Requirements:
  • 20-40% travel required
