Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC processes and ensure regulatory compliance Conduct audits, inspections, and product testing Investigate quality issues and customer complaints Manage hold/rework processes and documentation Train staff on QA standards and food safety practices Partner with production to improve quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field 5+ years QA experience in food manufacturing (leadership preferred)

HACCP/PCQI

required; BPC preferred or ability to obtain Strong knowledge of food safety, audits, and quality systems
