$16-19/hr Overview We're looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Technician with extrusion experience to help ensure top-tier product quality across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. What You'll Do Perform in-process and final product quality inspections Test materials and products using lab and precision equipment Troubleshoot extrusion line issues alongside production teams Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions Support customer quality concerns, returns, and resolutions Train team members on quality standards and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization Ensure compliance with safety, quality systems, and procedures What You Bring 2+ years of QA experience in manufacturing (extrusion preferred) Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and testing equipment Experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards) Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions (8D experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficiency with documentation tools (Excel, Word, PDF) Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Willingness to work in a production environment (heat, noise, etc.) Must have a high school diploma Background check and drug testing required.
