Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our limestone quarry. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as slippers, sieves, scales, and vision inspection systems. Perform quality audits in accordance with relevant standards to identify areas for improvement. Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process deviations for continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements. Skills Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision measurement instruments effectively. Excellent data collection, analysis skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting of inspection outcomes. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures within a regulated environment. Pay:

$23.05 - $24.50 per hour
