At Jefferson House we provide excellent long-term care and rehabilitation services to seniors in the greater Hartford area for over 120 years. We are comprised of a skilled and caring staff which provides seniors with Nursing Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Spiritual Services, and Social Services, aimed at caring for the whole individual. Monitors and maintains a focus on patient outcomes for continuous quality improvement. Utilizes teamwork and collaboration through the facilitation of group process for the achievement of positive departmental and hospital wide outcomes. Reports to Director, Nursing Services Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Connecticut Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in a health related field with emphasis on quality improvement and research preferred Must have 2+ years hospital experience with knowledge of medical diagnosis and treatment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We take great care of careers.
