Job description Company Description Seacoast E-Bikes is a dedicated e-bike shop located in scenic Newington, New Hampshire. Since our opening in June 2020, we have focused on promoting the e-bike culture and enhancing cycling safety across New England. Our carefully selected range of high-quality e-bike brands and products reflects our commitment to excellence. At Seacoast E-Bikes, our passionate and attentive team is here to guide customers through all their e-bike needs. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive and supportive environment for both employees and customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Newington, NH, for an Inventory and Customer Service Specialist. The role involves managing inventory systems, including tracking and organizing stock, monitoring product availability, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, helping them select products that meet their needs, and processing sales transactions. Other responsibilities may include coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the seamless operation of the store. Qualifications Experience in inventory management, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining accurate stock records. Strong customer service skills, including effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems. Familiarity with or interest in e-bikes, cycling, or outdoor gear is a plus. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to accomplish tasks independently. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are desirable.
