Job description Company Description Seacoast E-Bikes, located in scenic Newington, NH, specializes in the sale and service of high-quality e-bikes. Since opening in 2020, we have been dedicated to promoting the e-bike culture and supporting efforts toward safer biking in the New England region. Our store features a carefully selected range of e-bike brands and products, ensuring quality and performance. At the heart of our business is an expert and attentive staff, ready to assist customers with all their e-bike needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Newington, NH location. The Inventory Manager Sales Associate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control processes, maintaining organized stockrooms, monitoring product levels, and ensuring accurate documentation. In addition to inventory responsibilities, the associate will provide excellent customer service to assist customers with their e-bike purchases, educating them on product features and helping them make informed decisions. The role also requires accurate reporting and collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and maintain operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure accurate stock tracking and organization Analytical Skills for monitoring inventory levels and identifying trends or discrepancies Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist customers and provide a superior shopping experience Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks Proficient time management and organizational skills Retail or logistics experience is beneficial Interest in cycling or e-bikes is a plus Keywords inventory-control inventory-management clubs-organizations environment-health-and-safety-hsse ecology-environment time-and-attendance time-management logistics-and-procurement electric-bike
