Position Summary Perform inspections and tests on in-process and finished products to ensure that quality standards and process controls are being met throughout the Packaging Assembly process.

2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301 Position Responsibilities Serve as quality person for assigned departments, select proper weld procedures, track material and ASME pipe welds, gather documentation to develop turnovers, and perform VT, MT, and PT NDE testing. Perform inspections and testing activities to ensure continuous control over processes and testing are being achieved. Inspect, the work of

personnel to drawings and/or specifications, verifying completeness and quality of work. Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood and carried out. Inspect products being received by engineering specifications. Generate various quality process performance reports and initiate any corrective actions as needed. Generate/maintain database for in-process and final inspection information. Ensure proper inspection and supplier documentation is being maintained throughout the entire process. Required Qualifications High School diploma/GED or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in related discipline in the industrial workplace. Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. drawings, standards and specifications. Ability to perform routine Inspection and Test Plan Surveillance tasks with no supervision. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an

quality system. Able to run controlled experiments under direction of engineering/manufacturing. Proficiency in use of tape measure and calibrated tooling. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
