Quality Inspector - Receiving

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards before release to production. Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials and components for quality and accuracy Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Verify materials meet customer and quality specifications Process receiving and inspection documentation within ERP/MRP systems Review material certifications and related quality documentation Create and process supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs) Communicate shortages, damages, and quality concerns internally Maintain compliance with company quality standards and procedures

Qualifications:

Experience in receiving inspection, quality inspection, or manufacturing preferred Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools ERP/MRP system experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Microsoft Office proficiency required

Preferred Experience:

Defense, aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments Familiarity with AQL inspection standards Experience with supplier quality and non-conformance processes Apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
