$100,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually Description The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Roanoke, VA area.

$100,000 - $130,000 Responsibilities Lead and strengthen plant-wide quality systems to ensure product integrity and efficiency Own inspections, testing methods, SOPs, specifications, GMPs, and food safety compliance Drive continuous improvement across internal processes and supplier quality Evaluate production and quality data to determine finished goods disposition Serve as the primary customer contact for quality concerns and technical support Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complaints and nonconformances Partner with Commercial, Product Development, Engineering, and Corporate QA on trials Oversee supplier claims, HFI systems, and adherence to SMA standards Communicate quality KPIs and train plant leadership on quality and GMP expectations Supervise quality staff and collaborate with HR on personnel matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field 8+ years in manufacturing, including 4+ years in quality leadership Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills Proven ability to solve complex problems and influence all levels Continuous improvement experience; Six Sigma preferred Background in can manufacturing and self-directed teams a plus #JDPBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
