Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) (AS9100/ISO preferred) Manage all inspection activities including CMM programming, operation, and data analysis Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and contractual quality requirements (DoD, NASA, primes) Develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans Oversee internal audits, corrective actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis Interface with customers on quality issues, audits, and corrective actions Manage nonconformance reports (NCRs) and supplier quality issues Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve processes Train and mentor quality and inspection staff Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure manufacturability and quality standards

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a quality leadership role in manufacturing (aerospace or defense preferred) Strong hands-on experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming and inspection Experience with

AS9100, ISO

9001, or similar quality standards Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation Experience with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) Ability to manage audits and customer quality requirements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

ASQ Certification (CQE, CQM, etc.) Experience working with prime contractors (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, etc.) Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and quality software Lean/Six Sigma experience Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
