$20-25/hr based on experience This awesome family is looking for a nanny who can keep up with three active boys who are full of energy, humor, opinions, sports, movement, and nonstop conversation. The right fit for this role is someone who can jump into football in the yard one minute, help with homework the next, and still keep the day running smoothly without everything feeling overly strict. Summer hours are full-time, filled with outings, activities, pool days, snacks, and keeping the boys active and engaged. Boys also have summer day camps scheduled. During the school year, the role shifts into helping mornings run smoothly and managing the after-school routine like a pro. What this family is looking for: Fun, steady, and confident energy Someone who can create structure without being rigid A nanny who connects easily with older kids/preteens Comfortable managing homework routines and sibling dynamics Reliable, proactive, and easy to communicate with This is a warm, laid-back family who truly values their nanny and wants someone who will feel like a trusted part of the team.

Schedule:

Summer:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30

PM School Year:

Monday-Friday, 7:00-8:00 AM & 2:30-5:30 PM Guaranteed 22.5 hours/week during school year
