Job Description
Join Our Team as a Quality Technician We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our team in Oberlin, OH. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and customer expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in inspection, calibration, and quality systems who wants to grow their career in a stable, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical documentation Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) Lead or support calibration activities and measurement system verification Identify and document non-conformances and assist with corrective actions Maintain accurate records for inspections, rework, and scrap Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues Support PPAPs, First Article Inspections (FAI), and work instruction development Assist with internal and supplier audits What You Bring 1-3 years of quality assurance or inspection experience Working knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes Ability to read technical drawings and understand GD&T Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment High attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Pay:
$18•24/hour (based on experience)Shift:
