Job Purpose This role is part of a high-performing, cross-functional quality and testinganization responsible for routine medical device particulate and product testing. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely results that directly support product quality and patient safety. We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual who thrives in a structured, fast-paced regulated lab environment with strong documentation discipline and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures and protocols Collect, record, analyze, and verify test data and results Troubleshoot basic issues using established methods and sound judgment Maintain accurate documentation, data files, and testing records Communicate results and updates with cross-functional teams Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts Assist with change control documentation and system updates Support development and qualification of test methods, fixtures, and visual standards Participate in investigations including NCEPs, deviations, and failure analysis support Support engineering teams with product failure analysis and CAPA activities Assist in product and process qualification testing activities Participate in external audit support (document retrieval, audit readiness, and participation as needed) Perform hands-on lab work including pipetting, weighing, solution preparation, and basic analytical techniques Maintainpliance with quality systems, SOPs, and patient safety requirements Basic Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in a scientific/technical field 3+ years of laboratory, quality, or testing experience Hands-on experience with basic lab techniques (pipetting, weighing, solution preparation, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs Preferred Qualifications Experience executing test protocols or validation procedures Prior exposure to regulated environments (medical device, pharma, or biotech) Strong documentation and technical writing skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting CAPA, deviations, or quality investigations Familiarity with laboratory notebooks or electronic documentation systems Strong collaboration skills working with engineers and technical teams Background in chemistry, biology, or related sciences preferred Experience operating or maintaining laboratory or test equipment
Pay Details:
