Quick Lube Technician

We're hiring an Express Lube Technician to join the fast-paced, customer-focused service team at Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM . You'll receive in-house and manufacturer-paid training , ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement into main shop and line tech positions .

What You'll Do:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine Express Lane services Complete Digital Vehicle Multi-Point Inspections using tablet-based software Take photos and videos to highlight recommended services and needed repairs Confidently communicate findings to Service Advisors and other team members Prep and inspect new vehicles for delivery Participate in ongoing training to stay current with vehicle technology and service requirements Stay productive and complete all work within assigned time standards

Who We're Looking For:

Outgoing, motivated, and eager to learn Able to communicate clearly and confidently with team members and leadership Understands the importance of accuracy and thoroughness in inspections Able to complete tasks efficiently and professionally Comfortable using mobile devices/tablets and following digital workflows

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in automotive service OR recent tech school graduate Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to complete online and in-house training (all paid by the dealership) Team-oriented and reliable ASE or Chrysler certification a plus (not required)
