Position Overview We're seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple small business clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting tax preparation. You'll start part-time (15-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Paid overtime is available during tax season. Key Responsibilities Manage QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) files for multiple business clients. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and categorize transactions accurately. Prepare clean, tax-ready financials for S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships. Generate and analyze financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet). Assist with quarterly estimated tax payments and t ax season prep. Collaborate with accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless client service. Maintain organized, detailed, and accurate records across all clients. Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting best practices. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with tax preparation support and small business accounting. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a small, collaborative office setting. CPA or EA license is a plus but not required. Software Used QuickBooks Online (QBO) QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) Schedule Day shift (flexible hours but full time availability will be preferred.)
