Since 2018, we have delivered high-quality refurbished and new equipment, along with repair services, to hospitals, universities, government agencies, and resellers. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with strong QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop experience to support our high-volume operations. This role combines accounting, inventory, and order processing. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Accounting & QuickBooks:
  • Daily use of QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop (required)
  • Process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, and RMAs (Returns)
  • Maintain accurate inventory, sales tax, and financial data
  • Assist with reconciliations and reporting
Operations & Order Management:
  • Monitor open Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and RMAs
  • Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Process customer payments
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Assist with payroll and HR tasks
  • Support general office operations Requirements
  • QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop experience required
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience in inventory or high-volume transaction environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Work Environment
  • Fast-paced, high-volume office
  • Primarily phone and email-based business
