Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Radiation Therapist to join our team. This role involves direct patient care, accurate treatment delivery, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans Operate linear accelerators and maintain treatment equipment Ensure accurate setup and positioning of patients Monitor patients during treatment and respond to side effects or complications Document treatments accurately in the EMR Maintain safety and infection control protocols Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Dosimetrists, and the clinical team

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy - T) State licensure in CA Current BLS certification New graduates welcome to apply; experience preferred Strong communication and patient service skills
