About Us Hickory Creek Farm is a working farm located in Carriere, Mississippi, committed to Stocker Cattle Operations. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Ranch Hand to assist with the daily operations of the farm. This is a hands-on, physical role requiring a strong work ethic and a passion for agricultural life. Responsibilities Maintain fences, buildings, and farm equipment Operate tractors and other farm machinery safely Assist with planting, harvesting, and land maintenance as needed Perform general cleaning and upkeep of barns and facilities Identify and report signs of illness or injury in animals Follow all farm safety protocols Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions Basic knowledge of livestock handling and/or crop production Valid driver's license Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable transportation Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
Pay:
$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
