Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Home & School Based ABA Services Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your passion for helping others will drive you to support clients in achieving meaningful progress through personalized care plans and data-driven strategies. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Use applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and toileting Support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills through engaging teaching methods Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care and progress monitoring Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and care plans is a plus Strong data collection skills and attention to detail for tracking client progress accurately Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with diverse populations Ability to follow structured protocols within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. We are seeking dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Provide 1:1 therapy in home and/or school settings
  • Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
  • Assist clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification preferred
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
