RBT / Behavior Technician - In - Home & Site Based ABA Services

RBT / Behavior Technician - ABA Therapy for Children (In-Home & Site-Based) Autism Behavior & Childhood Services (ABCS) Lemont, IL Autism Behavior & Childhood Services (ABCS) is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home and site-based settings . Oak Lawn serves as a central hub for our team , with services provided to families in nearby communities throughout the southwest suburbs. This position is ideal for students or graduates pursuing careers in psychology, special education, behavioral health, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or related fields. RBT-certified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and may be eligible for higher compensation and expanded scheduling opportunities. Typical Technician Schedule Most sessions occur during the following times: After school hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Some daytime sessions available in site-based settings Opportunities for additional hours depending on availability and client needs Team members may work in both in-home and site-based environments in nearby southwest suburban communities.

Oak Lawn, IL and surrounding communities Work Setting Services are provided in a variety of environments, including: Client homes Site-based settings Community environments in nearby southwest suburban areas Reliable transportation is required as team members travel to client sessions in nearby communities. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and site-based environments Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record data during therapy sessions Participate in supervision meetings and team collaboration Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors Support skill development and positive behavior strategies for clients Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Candidates pursuing RBT certification are encouraged to apply Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation required Must be comfortable working in client homes and community settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills RBT Certification Support Applicants interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians will receive guidance and support toward RBT certification , including supervision for competency assessments.
