We are currently seeking a Full-time Re-Entry Coordinator (site) to join our team at Patuxent Institution in Jessup, Maryland. The Re-Entry Coordinator works under the supervision of the Re-Entry Director and in collaboration with multidisciplinary team, provides and completes release planning for patients based on the determination that behavioral/mental health and medical services and community resources will be required when the patient is released from the correctional environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or related field from an accredited educational institution. Current, active Maryland LMSW license required.
