Reach Truck Driver - 1st Shift Shepherdsville KY Full-Time $25/hr The Job Center is hiring Reach Truck Drivers for AstraZeneca in Shepherdsville, KY. This is a great opportunity for experienced forklift operators looking to grow in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Experience is required. Job Summary Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment operations Maintain accuracy and productivity standards in a distribution environment General warehouse duties as needed Pay & Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Work & Win Program eligibility (chance to have rent/mortgage paid for a year) Responsibilities Operate reach trucks to move and store materials Load and unload shipments safely Pick and stage customer orders accurately Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas Follow all safety and GMP guidelines Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous reach truck experience required Warehouse or distribution experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to understand and communicate in English Work Environment & Requirements Freezers and Coolers-Cold, PPE is provided Standing, lifting, and equipment operation required throughout shift Must follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies Steel toe shoes may be required #
