Full-time We're hiring experienced Ready-Mix Drivers now at all three of our southwestern PA plants! What You'll Do

• Safely operate and drive a ready-mix concrete truck from the batch plant to commercial, residential, and industrial construction sites
• Load, mix, and deliver ready-mix concrete while adjusting slump and mix design based on weather conditions and job specifications
• Maintain constant communication with dispatch using two-way radio for routing and delivery instructions
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep your truck clean, and complete minor maintenance/repairs as needed
• Ensure all loads meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Provide excellent customer service on job sites and professionally handle customer requests or concerns
• Strictly follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies at plants and construction sites What We're Looking For
• Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
• Previous ready-mix, concrete, or tanker truck driving experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to assigned plant and willingness to work early starts and occasional overtime
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience:
