An AV-rated law firm in Atlanta, is seeking a skilled Residential & Commercial Real Estate Closers with a minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred). This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our attorneys in all areas of our growing real estate closing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare loan documents for real estate closings Prepare and review settlement statements and closing disclosures Handle funding processes and title insurance policy preparation Collaborate with attorneys to ensure smooth and efficient closings

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SoftPro Select software Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures
