Real Estate Executive Assistant, Bilingual English and Spanish Team Fede at Keller Williams Prestige Properties Westport, CT Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Executive administrative support English Attention to detail Full Job Description About the Role Team Fede at Keller Williams Prestige Properties is hiring a Real Estate Executive Assistant, Bilingual English and Spanish to support a growing real estate team in Westport, CT. This is a full time, in office role for someone who is highly organized, professional, proactive, and comfortable supporting both leadership and clients. This role will help manage daily operations, client communication, transaction coordination, CRM organization, scheduling, and marketing support. You will be part of a growing team within a well established, reputable real estate group that supports buyers, sellers, and renters across Connecticut. The right person is fluent in English and Spanish, detail oriented, tech comfortable, and able to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast paced real estate environment. Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, email communication, and follow up on behalf of leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, agents, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members.
- Support real estate transactions from contract to closing, including timelines, documents, and next steps
- Maintain CRM, client records, files, databases, and internal systems.
- Help coordinate marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, listing promotions, and basic content updates.
- Support open houses, client events, gifting programs, and client appreciation efforts.
- Create and maintain workflows, checklists, and processes to keep the business organized.
- Assist with team coordination, onboarding support, and special projects as the business grows. Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish, including professional written and verbal communication in both languages.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, operations, client service, or similar support role.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, dependable, discreet, and comfortable supporting leadership directly.
- Strong communication skills and a client first mindset.
- Comfortable using or learning tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems (Brivity), Canva, social media platforms, and real estate systems.
- Able to work in office in Westport, CT based on the agreed schedule. Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate, transaction coordination, operations, or marketing experience.
- Experience with
MLS, CRM
platforms, email marketing, or social media management.- Real estate license, or willingness to obtain one. Compensation and Benefits
- $52,000 to $62,000 annually, based on experience.
