Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings that align with client needs and preferences. Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and insights on property details. Assist in crafting compelling property presentations that highlight key features and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Stay informed about local market trends to offer clients valuable insights and advice. Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately, maintaining a seamless flow of information within the team.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License with 2-3 transaction Experience in real estate or a related field, with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey. Proven track record of building strong relationships, fostering trust, and maintaining long-term partnerships. Familiarity with local market trends in Tallahassee, FL, to provide clients with valuable insights and advice. Ability to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently, aligning with client needs and preferences. Experience in crafting engaging property presentations that highlight key features and benefits. Strong organizational skills to document client interactions accurately, ensuring seamless information flow within the team.
