Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support the seamless execution of real estate transactions by managing documentation, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth property deals, from initial negotiations to closing, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex real estate projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, title reports, and closing statements Conduct review of title reports and assist in clearing the report Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely closings Organize and maintain comprehensive files for each transaction, ensuring proper document management and compliance with recordkeeping standards Draft and proofread legal correspondence, contracts, and related documentation Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing status reports, and assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Skills Proven paralegal experience within real estate law Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional writing skills for drafting contracts, legal documents, and correspondence with attention to detail Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients and external parties Strong phone etiquette combined with clerical experience in filing, data entry, and general administrative support Join us in this exciting role where your expertise will directly impact successful real estate transactions.
