Receptionist

Receptionist We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and staff. Responsibilities:

Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner Manage incoming phone calls, answering questions and directing calls to the appropriate departments Handle mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Update patient charts and electronic medical records Prepare and distribute patient charts and files Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and transportation Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required (n/a) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
