Receptionist

Silver State Towing prides itself on fast, efficient service—this begins with the Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, it is your responsibility to provide professional and timely service using our established computer programs, multi-line phone system, and company-issued cell phone. You are the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in coordinating services and supporting field staff. Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming calls and accurately gather service information from customers, law enforcement, and commercial accounts Dispatch calls to drivers using company software and communication systems Provide accurate service quotes using established company rates Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers and customers at all times Monitor and manage multiple calls and service requests simultaneously Understand and follow all contracted service areas, including road service agreements, police rotations, and commercial accounts Identify and assign the appropriate equipment required to complete services safely and in compliance with regulations Track job progress and update customers or clients as needed Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals Maintain accurate records of all calls, services, and transactions Training Provided Use of company dispatching software and systems Proper procedures for dispatching calls to driver staff Accurate quoting of services based on company rate structures Understanding of contracted service areas and obligations Equipment identification and service coordination for safe and legal operations Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in basic computer programs and data entry Familiarity and efficiency with iPhone and mobile technology Strong communication and multitasking abilities Knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, including roadways, highways, businesses, hotels, campgrounds, vehicle dealerships, and unpaved roads Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of service that Silver State Towing is known for.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
