Receptionist Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Avir at Burnet, a healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional care with compassionate hearts. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, setting the tone for a positive and welcoming experience. Greet and welcome patients, families, and healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and scheduling systems Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information as necessary Handle front desk duties, including receiving and processing payments, and managing cash handling and petty cash Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for patients Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the clinic About the
