As a Nurse Practitioner in our Infant High-Risk Clinic, you will play a critical role in the longitudinal care of medically complex infants transitioning from the NICU to home. This position focuses on providing comprehensive follow-up care to patients from NICU discharge through approximately 2-3 years of age. You will work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to optimizing developmental outcomes, growth, and family support.
