Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative

About Brand My Bag Brand My Bag is a growing custom packaging company specializing in Mylar bags, printed pouches, and branded containers for the cannabis, food, and retail industries. We help our clients stand out with high-quality, compliant packaging and fast, reliable service. Position Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented CSR to perform clerical duties. Answer phones, maintain necessary files and documentation. Creating Invoices, preparing bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and attaching information and shipping instructions on to boxes. Key Responsibilities Answer Phones Complete any other duties directed by management Assist Project manager Lead and sales staff Filing Demonstrate basic ability to work with Excel, Word, email, and general computer knowledge that will allow the use of intercompany technology systems. Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments on a daily basis. Maintain overall cleanliness of the receptionist area Prepares reports such as inventory, balance, price lists and shortages May operate office machines such as computer, copy machine or calculator Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, artwork, revisions, and shipping Create invoices for payment Track and update the status of jobs using Print IQ Communicate order details between the sales and production teams to ensure accuracy Proactively follow up with customers throughout the process to provide updates and maintain satisfaction Qualifications Experience in customer service, order coordination, or production support preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active orders at once Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems Familiarity with print production or packaging is a plus (not required) Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Possess skills to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
