Job Description

Receptionist Full-Time | Part-Time | All Shifts Available We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and callers. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression while supporting daily administrative and communication needs within the facility. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, courteous, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a professional manner Provide directions, information, and assistance to visitors and callers Monitor visitor sign-in and access procedures Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Perform clerical and administrative support duties as assigned Assist administrative staff and department leaders as needed Maintain accurate contact lists, directories, and resident information Support scheduling, correspondence, and office organization Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and office equipment Professional demeanor and attention to detail Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods Standing and walking as needed throughout the facility Ability to use standard office equipment Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
