Receptionist for a salon

Hours required to work:

Tuesday thru Saturday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Salon Suites of HEB has an immediate opening for a receptionist/leasing agent. The receptionist is responsible for coordinating all activities related to daily salon operations, as well as suite rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current tenants to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure tenant retention. Skills/Specialized Knowledge Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions. Basic computer knowledge, word, excel, email communications, social media, Facebook, Instagram Ability to multi-task. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. Education and/or

Experience:
