What You'll Do Direct Communications:

Manage incoming calls and mail with precision, acting as the primary hub to connect customers and documents to the right departments.

Manage Resources & Logistics:

Take full ownership of office supplies and inventory, ensuring our team never misses a beat because they're missing a tool. Solve Problems with

Skills:

Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.

Physicality:

This is a "light work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 10 lbs.

Education:

High school diploma (or GED) and 1-3 months of related experience are preferred.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Average of 15-20 hours per week

The Shift:

2-3 evening shifts from (4:00 PM•8:00 PM).

Weekends:

Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM•9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM•6:00 PM).

Pay:

The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage.
