  • $16.50 per hour Temp to Perm 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM Industry administrative & support services (Office and Administrative Support Occupations) Reference number S_175851 Spherion Staffing is hiring a part time Receptionist for an office in Wichita Falls, TX! Working schedule is part time Monday-Friday, must have availability between the hours of 8am
  • 8pm if needed to work evening events.
Pay is $15-16.50/hr depending on experience. While this position will start out part time, it may become a full time role in the future.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and resolve customer issues
  • Clerical tasks
  • Maintain information in computer system
  • Organize bills for processing
  • Will be required to work evenings when needed for meetings and workshops Working hours: 8:00 AM
  • 8:00
PM Skills:
  • Utility Billing Software knowledge helpful
  • Adhere to business casual dress code standards
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • Front desk reception and/or administrative experience required.
  • Must know how to operate Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem resolution skills
