Receptionist | Post Closer

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Post Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency Greeting and assisting clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience Handling daily outgoing and incoming mail Assisting with title policies and post-closing processes Supporting office operations and maintaining organization of files and documentation Communicating effectively with clients, lenders, agents, and internal team members

Qualifications:

Prior experience is required (title, real estate, escrow, or closing experience preferred) Experience working with a multi-line phone system Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with office systems and basic computer skills
