Saturdays & Sundays (Part-Time) Position Summary Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and supporting daily administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members in a courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Maintain sign-in logs and ensure visitor policies are followed Provide general information and direct inquiries appropriately Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to support facility operations Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor with a positive, helpful attitude Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Why Join Santa Cruz Post Acute?
