Job Description

JOB The City of Glendora's Recreation Division is seeking a part-time Field Attendant. This role involves working approximately 35 hours per week, visiting various park facilities throughout the City of Glendora. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

This is a continuous recruitment, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Under direct supervision, the Field Attendant performs a variety of duties within the City's Recreation & Human Services Department. Some of the typical duties of the Field Attendant include but are not limited to, the following: Assists in the organization, set-up, and clean-up of facilities and fieldsField maintenance for artificial turfMonitors facilities and field reservations at various City locations including enforcing field reservations, rules, and regulationsOpens and closes facilities and maintains cleanliness of facilitiesDrives to various field locationsEnsures all City policies, procedures, and protocol are enforcedInteracts with participants and visitors in person, phone, and e-mailReports incidents and accidents and completes incident/accident reportsEffectively addresses issues and concerns with patrons as they ariseUtilizes City's calendar for reservations and field lighting softwareMaintains various forms, logs, and reportsAttends meetings and training sessions as neededWorks with other program areas, as requestedOther activities and duties as directed
