The Role:

This is a 100% talent acquisition-focused role. While their HR Lead handles administrative and employee relations, you will own the "hunt." You will be the primary engine driving their growth, sourcing the field and tech talent.

Aggressive Sourcing:

Independently own the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in field operations, manufacturing, and technical roles.

Rapid Scale:

Execute a hiring plan to more than double their field team size before the end of the year.

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define requisitions and ensure "best-in-class" candidate fit.

Global Collaboration:

Partner with their international teams to align on global talent standards.

High Volume:

Manage 30-60 daily touchpoints to maintain a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline.
