Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Processor to support with driver recruiting and onboarding. This position serves as the critical link between Recruiting and Safety by helping qualified CDL drivers move efficiently from application to orientation. The Recruiting Processor is responsible for reviewing driver applications, running compliance reports, managing employment verifications, coordinating onboarding logistics and accomodations, and maintaining accurate statuses within Tenstreet. This role is fast-paced and requires urgency, communication, organization, and strong attention to detail. What You'll Do Driver Processing & Compliance Review driver applications for accuracy and completeness Run and review MVR, PSP, and DAC reports Identify disqualifiers and document findings accurately Send and track employment verifications Follow up proactively with previous employers Maintain FMCSA compliance standards Candidate Communication Maintain communication with drivers throughout processing Guide drivers through onboarding steps and requirements Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process Provide updates regarding approvals, orientation scheduling, and travel arrangements Orientation & Logistics Coordination Schedule approved drivers for orientation Coordinate drug screens and physicals when needed Arrange transportation and lodging for incoming drivers Provide travel and arrival instructions Coordinate driver pickups and lodging logistics ATS & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate notes, tags, and statuses in Tenstreet Keep driver files organized and updated Ensure visibility between Recruiting and Safety teams Help eliminate onboarding delays and processing bottlenecks What Success Looks Like Drivers arrive fully prepared for orientation Safety receives complete and organized driver files Employment verifications are proactively managed Drivers remain engaged throughout the hiring process Transportation and lodging are coordinated accurately Processing delays are minimized through proactive communication
