Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and friendly bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruitment Coordinator to join our dedicated team in our fast-growing home care agency based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process to ensure we have a dedicated and qualified team of caregivers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and community outreach, to source potential caregivers.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and compatibility with our agency's values.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, improve processes, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing our recruitment strategies.
Coordination:
Schedule interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Onboarding:
Collaborate with HR and training teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new caregivers.
Compliance:
Ensure that all recruitment processes and documentation comply with relevant regulations and agency policies.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Candidate Engagement:
Maintain positive relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about the recruitment process and agency updates.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and work on implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or home health care industry. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using software and tools. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
