Technology & Efficiency AI-supported tools for SOAP notes and ABA report writing Streamlined data collection and documentation systems Reduced administrative workload for BCBAs BCBA Position Overview The BCBA will provide supervision, assessment, and treatment planning for children receiving ABA therapy services in the Inland Empire region. This includes conducting FBAs, overseeing RBTs, and implementing evidence-based interventions . Services are primarily clinic-based, with some in-home ABA sessions. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and supervise ABA treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs/Behavior Technicians throughout Orange County Analyze data and adjust programs accordingly Provide parent training and caregiver support throughout Orange County Ensure compliance with BACB and ethical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) 5+ Years of BCBA Experience in a Leadership or similar role Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) services preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience supervising RBTs (preferred) Listen-2-Me ABA Mission Statement At Listen-2-Me ABA, our mission is to empower families with knowledge and resources to support them in understanding and utilizing ABA principles.
