$105,000 base + performance bonuses

Must live in or be willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas About the Role We are seeking an experienced, motivated Doctor of Chiropractic (DC Manager) to lead and support 7 chiropractic clinics across Arkansas. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who enjoys both hands-on patient care and team leadership , and who thrives in a multi-clinic, performance-driven environment. You will work closely with our team of doctors to build strong clinic culture, improve performance metrics, and ensure consistent clinical and operational excellence across all locations. Schedule & Responsibilities This is a split role that combines clinical care with regional leadership : 2-3 days per week: Working as a treating chiropractor in one of our clinics 2-3 days per week: Traveling between clinics to: Train, coach, and mentor doctors and clinic teams Reinforce company standards and best practices Build positive, energetic clinic culture Support new doctor onboarding and development Review and improve key performance metrics Key Responsibilities Lead and support doctors across all 7 clinics Ensure consistency in patient experience, clinical flow, and standards of care Monitor and improve metrics such as: Patient volume and retention Conversion rates Visit averages and overall clinic performance Coach doctors on efficiency, communication, and patient engagement Serve as a culture leader—motivating teams and setting expectations Collaborate directly with ownership on strategy, growth, and performance Qualifications Active Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license (Arkansas or ability to obtain) Strong leadership and communication skills Comfort working across multiple clinic locations Experience mentoring or managing other doctors preferred Organized, accountable, and metrics-driven Willingness to travel regularly between clinics Positive, team-focused mindset with high standards Compensation & Benefits $105,000 base salary Performance-based bonuses Stable patient flow (no insurance billing or PI) Leadership role with real impact and growth potential Supportive ownership and collaborative team environment Why This Role?
