YOUR JOB
As a Regional Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for programs and services across multiple offices. You will guide and support local directors and supervisors to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective service delivery aligned with The Bair Foundation s mission and model of care. Through strong leadership, accountability, and collaboration, you will drive program outcomes, promote safety and stability for children and families, and support sustainable program growth.

$65-75k.

We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in multiple states across the country. WHAT YOU LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Lead with Vision Provide leadership and direction to assigned offices, ensuring programs operate with excellence, integrity, and alignment to agency standards.
  • Ensure Safety & Quality Oversee program implementation to ensure services are safe, nurturing, and compliant with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop Leaders Supervise, coach, and support directors and supervisors, promoting accountability, growth, and high-performing teams.
  • Drive Outcomes Monitor program performance, productivity, and outcomes, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Support Growth & Sustainability Assist with budgeting, program development, and new business initiatives, including proposals and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate & Represent Build strong relationships with internal leaders, community partners, and stakeholders while staying informed on legislative and industry trends.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field. Two years supervisory experience Three years of documented full-time experience in a residential child-care operation, or as a conservatorship caseworker or foster adoptive home development worker for the department. The experience must be in conducting assessments, service planning, or case management duties. Must possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration
