Job Description

Welcome to the future of Early Childhood Education! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director / Account Manager to join the Building Kidz Corporate Family! This dual-role position is responsible for supporting both our corporate schools and franchise partners by overseeing multiple centers and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills who is passionate about early childhood education. This individual will work closely with school leadership teams, staff, and franchise partners to ensure each center operates in alignment with company policies, operational procedures, and California state licensing regulations. Success in this role requires strong staff management abilities, emotional intelligence, and the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and support diverse teams. The Regional Director / Account Manager will foster positive partnerships with franchisees and their staff while helping create educational, nurturing, and safe environments for children, families, and employees. Experience:
Knowledgeable in Title 22 Regulations 1+ years of business management experience preferred 2+ years of experience working with multiple school locations or educational centers preferred Experience with NAEYC accreditation preferred Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required
Educational Qualifications:
AA Degree in Child Development A Minimum of 12 post-secondary units in
Early Childhood Education or Child Development Job Type:
